Barstools Etc. has been successful for over 17 yrs. serving the Midwest with exceptional service and low prices of top name brand products. Our customers expect the best service and price

If you can find a better price, please let us know and we will do our best to beat, or at least match it, and you still receive our personalized special service.

In order to make this promise, there are a few limitations that would apply.

You must provide proof of the retailer that is offering this same product, as in same brand, style, finish, fabric, etc.

We reserve the right to verify this identical in stock item

The item must be in stock at the website or retailer at time of purchase.

Request must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Must be an authorized dealer.

In most cases, we can’t honor the following offers.

Any site that offers liquation, close outs, online personal auctions, or clubs that require a membership fee.

Any items that is used or refurbished. Any pricing that has been printed in error.

Minimum orders is $75.00

Barstools Etc, will ship to all the states within the continental United States.

All shipments will ship via ground service.

Note: Deliveries to select zip codes may have additional fees assessed by the carrier.

You will receive a notification by email that your order has been processed within 48 hrs.

Normal deliver times for items in stock items are shipped within 5 to 7 business days.

Items that are oversized or overweight may require additional 2 to 3 days.

Items may arrive in multiply packs and on different days depending on the quantity and different items ordered.

Barstools Etc. Cancellation & Return Policy

 

Orders can be cancelled any time, 24 hrs. Before they are shipped with the following exceptions.

Special orders. Special orders are defined as any order where a fabric, size, color, or any customization has been selected.

An order that has been already shipped.

You will receive a cancellation confirmation number once approved.

Damages:

 Barstools Etc. staff is fully trained to offer assistance to help you in this matter.

Our packing and shipping dept. has many years of experience in shipping furniture which reduces the chance of damages.

However, in the event of damages, please save all packaging material, and notify us immediately of any damage.

Damages must be noted on the delivery receipt, with no exceptions!

Concealed damages must be reported to us and the shipper with 5 days of arrival. Pictures of hidden damages are required.

Return Policy

Our top priority is customer satisfaction.

If you are unhappy with you purchase, you can request a “RMA” Return Merchandise Authorization.

Returned items must unused and repacked in the original carton and packaging material

All items returned are subject to the actual round trip shipping charges. Even if your item was shipped free shipping or discounted shipping.

All returns for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee, No Exceptions!

Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled, it is no longer returnable.

Special ordered items are not returnable for any reason.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, even thou some manufactures only offer a 30 day warranty, Barstools Etc., extends all products to a full 1 year warranty against factory defects.

Some specific products offer longer specific warranties.

Will the item look exactly like the picture?

Yes! However images may vary in color depending on your monitor.

Some measurements may be rounded off and will vary slightly from the description.

Will the furniture require some assembly?

Most items require some assembly, unless it specifically states is fully assembled. All parts are securely packed in a separate bag or box with easy to follow instructions.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, Barstools Etc., server is secure for your credit card processing using advanced Standard SSL encryption technology.

Do you charge sales Tax?

There is no sales tax collected on sales outside the state of Illinois.
